Vibhu Srinivasan is an Agile thought leader and Practitioner since 1998. He is the director for Accenture's Seattle Innovation Group called Liquid Studio, where he helps customers solve complex problems and help innovation at scale using a combination of human-centric approaches combined with modern engineering practices.
Here he leads cross-disciplinary teams who bring ideas to life using Agile, Scrum using AI/ML, Blockchain, Intelligence on edge, and serverless on various cloud platforms. He brings a unique perspective of being a hands-on leader working at the intersection of product, process, design, and engineering.
He has grown with the Agile movement as a developer, Architect, Agile consultant, thought leader, chief impediments officer, and leader of some of the world's finest organizations. He has taught more than 400 agile workshops in the last decade in the US, India, and other parts of the world in the process, product management, agile leadership, and agile engineering practices.
His experiential workshops are known for being very applied and based on adult learning techniques. He teaches and coaches customers worldwide, including at Northwestern University, Masters in engineering management program as an industry expert.
He speaks at Agile Conferences, local user groups like the Seattle Scrum Group, PMI, Scrum Gathering, and others
