Richard is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and an Agile coach with deep real-world experiences. He has worked with large organizations such as the Nasdaq Stock Market and Progressive Insurance, leading edge companies like Dashlane and The Motley Fool, federal agencies like Office of Personnel Management and Department of Defense, and non-profits and associations such as the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators and the American Association of Medical Colleges. Richard is able to bring in these diverse experiences to share how Agile works in different environments. Richard is an experienced dynamic trainer who creates fun immersive learning experiences. He is a long time member of the Scrum Alliance’s Trainer Approval Committee, the team that approves and certifies all Scrum Alliance Certified Trainers. Richard is a Virginia Tech graduate, a member of Mensa, and has given keynote talks around the world on Agile, Scrum, and Product Ownership. .
