Kim has over 15 years experience working in information technology planning, implementation and execution. She is skilled in building interaction and collaboration among organizations to drive change, support key business objectives and maximize value creation. With extensive experience in Federal and State government, she has helped government agencies and private organizations change their thoughts on traditional practices to Agile methods. Kim is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences, including holding the Co-Chair position with Scrum Alliance for their Global Scrum Gatherings.
